General Information

Shipping

Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and delivered by an SDA courier. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code at the email address associated with your order.

 

Currently, we only ship within Italy, but we will be expanding to the rest of the world in the future. Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping in Italy 

€9 for orders under €99, FREE for orders over €99. Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days.

Payments

Currently, we accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method during checkout):

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal

Returns and Exchanges

We can modify your order before it is shipped. Please send a request with your confirmation number to info@ajaarbeauty.it.

If there is a problem with your order (cosmetic products), contact our customer service at info@ajaarbeauty.it, providing your order ID and details about the issue. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

If the product you received is damaged or defective, or if you received an incorrect product due to an error, we will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional shipping cost.

If the product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns only if the item has not been opened and/or used. Returns must be made within 14 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be processed once the merchandise has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs of €9 will be the responsibility of the buyer.
